13 Days

I begin my intensive two weeks worth of on-campus classes today.  It is going to be a test of my resolve to actually go through with this insane idea of leaving my family and traveling the world, all in the name of academics. 

Today, I am sitting through lectures from 9 am to 4 pm all on the topics ranging from Medeival Literature to Floral Arranging.  How that wide of a range of topices is interconnected is something I am still trying to figure out, but I'm sure I'll find a way to incorpoate them all into my academic understanding. 

I thought since I've been updating about the daily progress I've been making in preparing for this trip that I would post pictures of some of the things I'm doing in the classes I'm taking.  (Especially the floral arranging class.)  It might be fun!
